Russian Drama Theater and Udmurt State University Oil Institute Construction Projects Are Being Implemented According to Shedule

On May 10 Alexander Volkov visited two construction sites: the refurbishing of the Izhmash Palace of Culture that will house the Russian Drama Theater, and the construction of the Udmurt State University Oil Institute building. 

Alexander Volkov discussed various construction issues and was satisfied with the tempo and quality of work being performed by the USST No.8 construction directorate.
